I’m an Energetic Medicine Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Intuitive Guide devoted to helping people come home to their bodies, their truth, and their power.
With over a decade of experience in the healing arts, my work blends ancient practices with modern nervous system science to support deep emotional release, energetic clarity, and embodied transformation. I help you unravel what’s pulling on your energy so you can root into your body, trust your inner knowing, and live from the inside out.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in deep listening, tending to the body and soul with care, and reclaiming the spaces within us that have been forgotten or silenced. Whether we’re working one-on-one, in ceremony, or inside a group container, I hold space with precision, softness, and deep respect for the sacred timing of your healing.
My work isn’t about making you more. It’s about helping you remember what’s already there.
When I’m not facilitating, you’ll likely find me dancing, in nature, connecting with friends or rollerblading. The Earth is my greatest teacher, and I’m here to help you remember.
